Every month, tens of thousands of packages get lost in Europe for various reasons (wrong address, relocation, logistical problems...).

 

People who order these packages are sent a new one by the seller, but the lost packages end up in the warehouses of courier services.

 

Until 2023, these packages were burnt but this is now prohibited due to new environmental regulation.
