We do not scan our parcels in advance. So, like you, we have no idea what the contents of these parcels are.

 

It’s possible that the value of your parcel is lower than what you paid for it, it’s also possible that the value of the parcel is higher than what you paid for it. So for the same purchase you could get a €1000 smartphone, or a €10 dog bracelet. That's just the concept.

Therefore, we do not accept complaints related to the value of the parcel. By purchasing a packet, you accept this risk, that's the game. Customers with these type of complaints are never refunded.

There is a small chance that the parcel had already been returned once before. It could therefore be that there are already minor signs of use on the product. This is because the original seller can resell returned products as second handed products. These are things we can not know as we purchase the packages in their original packaging.​
